This is true, it does. Before you ask, I do not have a bad PC at all. I have a really good one and can run black ops 2 and 3 (ultimate edition) perfectly with no lag, screen tear (on my PC screen), or anything else. I can even run Black Ops Cold War on my PC and it works fine. Could somebody help with this?
