@Mr-Android Adding those to the exceptions doesn't do anything. I don't want to annoy you anymore tho, so I'm probably gonna stop asking about this.

@Mr-Android I have Bitdefender installed, and I have added the folder MW3 to the exceptions. Here is a list of my Visual C++ installations.

While trying to launch plutonium.exe, I am getting this error: Error while downloading file bin/AppCore.dll: C:\Users(my username)\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin\AppCore.dll: Access denied. Is there a fix for this? Also adding the Plutonium folder to exceptions in Windows Defender doesn't help.
