My laptop meets the specifications for bo2
GPU: Intel hd graphics 4600 (dedicated 576 mb)
There is no way in hell you're gonna be able to run BO2 with any of those specs, the RAM and CPU are alright but you're gonna need an actual GPU in there to run the game well. You'll have to either play WAW (which I used to be able to run somewhat well on a laptop similar to your specs.) or get a better laptop/PC.
