If you have been banned from since last year I'm assuming you're permanently banned. Permanent bans aren't called permanent for nothing.. Bans are final and can't be appealed.

Is it possible that we see campaign sometime soon in plutonium?

I mean it can't really be that impossible since you've made a dedicated server list and other stuff..

I doubt that's even possible, you have violated policies and afterwards tried making new account which leads to your account being banned for even a longer time period.
