RektInator setting sv_cheats to 1 only gives the prompt that it is a read only command despite using it in the pre-game lobby, it also tells me its not meant to be modified directly.

I'm currently attempting to enable cheats within Singleplayer Campaign but /devmap, /spdevmap, /sv_cheats, and /developer don't work whatsoever, any solution would be nice.
