Plutonium

Currently I am lvl 47 second prestige and in the past week when I play I level up weapons and go to lvl 49. Then next time I log on im back at lvl 47 with all that progress lost. This has happened 3 times now. Is there something wrong or can I do something?

What are the best attachments and perks?
Does ballistic CPU help since it reduces sway and therefore more shots land on target?
What perks are the most useful, is toughness necessary?
Laser sight would only help by finding the middle of the screen easier right? So therefore it would be redundant if that is not an issue.

Found it thanks. However changing the resolution still does not help. Could it be this, seta r_aspectRatioWindow "1.77778"?

I wanted to try that before however I cannot find my config file as it is not in the black ops 2 folder anywhere

My monitor supports 1920x1080 resolution. However on plutonium and steam BO2 the game only lets me play at 1366x768 and if I try to increase it, it goes back to 800x600. What can I do to get my resolution in game to 1920x1080?
