Plutonium

so i hopped on just to play with some bots for like 10 minutes on 1/17/2022 and after that i just closed the game out and didnt reopen it until the 19th and it said i was banned and that i had 2 hours left so i just decided to leave it alone and get off. i havent touched plutonium since and i opened up plutonium to play and it says i have a 364488 day ban can anyone help me with this?

Yea id like to know too, i just want to record some cinematics and i get this issue every time
