It's not bad luck, you didn't do things properly or something is wrong with your game files or you have a shitty antivirus, or you have a weird Windows username etc. it doesn't randomly happen.
press ~ to open console type "bot_difficulty 0" (without quotes) to set the difficulty to 0. 0 is the easiest, 3 is the hardest
