Resxt it says system cannot find the file specified

Resxt said in Game stuck on cmd screen with Com_restart when I try to join a server, only happens in iw5.:

rmdir /s /q %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\mods

So do it in the pluto cmd window right?

Whenever I try to connect to a server I get stuck on the cmd window with the last code line being Com_Restart. Idk what causes this because I can join servers in t6 and t5 without any issue whatsoever.
