Plutonium

Resxt I have tried almost every solution available on the forums here, using the console commands, changing my plutonium_mp.cfg, even as far as making sure my monitors aspect ratio was set correctly and no matter what I try I can't get a resolution higher than 1680x1050, nor above 60fps.

I'm unable to get 1920x1080 or above 60fps... seen this question asked on here loads with no real solution provided. Please help!?
