Hello, I got banned this morning for having alt f4ed a game with a friend as my game crashed, and when I tried to log back in I got a message telling me that I was banned for 7 days. I tried to take another account as I thought it was an error and I'm now banned for 20 days. Can you help me please, I didn't break any rule I just tried to play a game with a friend without any kind of cheat whatsoever, and it was working perfectly yesterday.
