Plutonium

So whenever I start a game on custom games and have my friends join or join them to play either multiplayer or zombies, my jump and movement is super buggy. If i hold space and jump I can stick on to walls and if I hold space when jumping from a high distance I hover on the way down. Is there anyway to fix this? I have not seen anything on this topic.
