ngl this is the last appeal message im making

back in April I did not have a ban reason but i felt like the main reason why i was banned was because i showed to people that i was going to help someone get a free copy of a plutonium supported black ops game in general chat (i dont even remember specifically what game).

I made an appeal a while back asking to get unbanned and the only response i got was frm a moderator that basically said there was no need to make another appeal after the past one I made. After that I was basically blackballed.

I dont know if i am on some type of "DO NOT UNBAN" list but I will say I apologize for whatever i did. Even though I did NOT know that was not a banable offense, I still did the deed which caused me to get banned in the first place, and I sincerely apologize for that. I do agree to never do somethin like that again.

• i feel like my punishment was way too harsh

• i never went through with giving that person a link that directs to the black ops 2 file

• other people that talked about ways in getting pirated content were not banned or were just let off with a warn, which is another reason why i feel like the ban action was harsh

• i do feel like i was semi-wrong, as i talked to him like i was 100% willing to go through with helping him with piracy

• i do agree to never do something like that again, as it is against Discord TOS

Reason: helping someone black ops 2 for free

Appeal: I feel like my punishment was very harsh. not only has there been people in the discord server that has said ways in getting a free copy of black ops (AFTER THE TORRENT FILE HAS BEEN REMOVED), but there has been donators/contributors that has semi-helped in getting people free copies, but were NEVER BANNED or punished in any way for their actions.

I understand 100% that giving any type of piracy (links, etc) is against Discord TOS and it liable to take down a discord server if allowed, but there were NO RULES (according to both the forum and docs) explaining you cannot speak about any form of piracy. I never posted any type of torrent file or link (IN THE DISCORD SERVER) that can go directly to the download of the file, and I never had the chance to fully help the person get what he wanted due to the fact i never dm'd him the link that can directly download BO2.

Plus, in my 2 years of being in the server, only 1 moderation log was in my name prior ban

HOWEVER, I was careless in thinking I was able to talk about giving someone a link that is direct to piracy as that is against Discord TOS. I do realize what I did was wrong at the same time; talking about giving someone a free copy of BO2 or any other game that is plutonium supported is against the rules, and I agreed to the TOS the moment I made my account back in 2017, therefore I agree to never make a conversation that has the possibility to end with a link that is directly connected to piracy again.
