Plutonium

As most of us know, Call Of Duty Online will be shutting down at the end of August.

If you don't know what that is, Call Of Duty Online (CODO) is the china exclusive call of duty game. It was announced that it would be shutting down, and sign ups already shut down at the start of june. To counter this, I think the Plutonium team should make a client for this game.

Unlike all the other COD games, this one is the first to shut down. That's why I think a client should be necessary to preserve this gem. The other COD games, while they needed clients because they had lack of moderation, and lots of hackers, you could still play them. This one will no longer be accessible after it shuts down, which is why it really needs a client.

Another reason is it will make it more accessible to people. If you lived in america and wanted to play this game, you would have to jump through a lot of hoops to get access to it. Not to mention, to download the game the servers are in china, so you would be lucky to get a 1 day download speed. Another road block, the servers again, are in china. So you would have to deal with rough lag.

Anyway, now that I have listed all my reasons. I really hope you guys consider doing CODO. I love this game, I don't want it to vanish, and I want it to last at least a few more years.

Dss0 well, it's integrated in the game, you can invite people easily, there are actually lobbies. I don't know if I was doing something wrong but you can't invite people with the plutonium friends list

This might be an outlandish request, since I don't know how hard this would be to implement, but why can't we have a friends list like rektt5? It's pretty complicated to play custom games, I know you guys are friends with the people working on rektt5. If you don't know how to make a friends list like theirs, why can't you just ask them? I'm sure they could at least sway you in the right direction. And maybe this is an Idiotic thing to ask, but I'm just asking. Why can't we have a friends list like rektt5s.

Still doesn't work for some reason, I did all the things necessary, I even dug up an old wifi adapter instead of using ethernet, nothing. I port forwarded, I used hamachi, I used the UPNP, every time I would try it, it just wouldn't work.

Before someone responds with that forum post by chase, that doesn't really cover T4 at the moment. It just says to turn on UPNP, and to port forward. I use Hamachi for that. While T6 works fine, T4 has no option to start a custom match by yourself, while T6 does.

Dss0 Every time I try to follow that, I get stuck because I don't know if I'm supposed to start a solo game or a lan game, either way it doesn't work for me, if I start a solo my friends can't join, in lan it says that someone else needs to join so I can't do that.

Make mod tools either bundled in with the download or available to download from the website when this comes out!
