Anything else I might can do?

I ran both as admin and it didnt change

After re-installing about everything, it still doesnt work

Also what does that mean

Already done, twice, still not there

It doesnt show me a file named config.json

Also when I try to fix it with the give bat file it just gives me errors even tho I run it as administrator

It's stuck in a Authenticating loop, and re-installing also doesnt do anything

Doesnt work for either

I've been trying all kinds of things but none seem to work.
