@wooden If its removing the file from your PC everytime you download it, might be your antivirus. Try adding pluto to your av's exclusions but if it's some shitty antivirus like McAfee, Avast, etc. I'd suggest uninstalling them.
@Zeto Install the redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download and if you have McAfee, uninstall it.
