@Overfoxed Moved the topic to modding discussion as this is a modding question. There are certain dvars you can tweak to achieve this effect, I do not know them myself but I recommend checking out the existing night mode mods for zombies since they set these dvars via GSC and they would work on MP as well. The relevant dvars are on this site http://gmzorz.com/bo2dvars.html with the dvars with the "r_" prefix and dvars with the Leonardo description being relevant to modifying the vision.

@TechInATux camos replace existing camos so they work the same way the game works

Yeah it doesn't work even though the console apparently loads it correctly Richtoffen will always tell you that all 4 players have to do it simultaneously
