Same here, bro. I got bored while playing a regular BO1 zombie mode, so I closed the game, and when I tried to open it again three hours later, I got banned.

Thirded. Hardware banning an entire CONSOLE because of one guy makes just makes zero sense. Is the same thing going to happen if I want to play on the Steam Machine or next generation Xbox and someone intentionally goes out of their way to ruin it? Is there really no better way to verify players? Please fix. We just want to play BO2 multiplayer with a console like experience again.

@Jxrdanb you'll need to log into the account that it is linked to and unlink it. then you'll be able to link it to another account. If you can't remember the credentials to log into that other account, you'll need a mod / staff to help, but you'll need to have proof that it is your account of course (plutonium and steam) but even then i don't know if they'll be able to help.
