what are you talking about? Plutonium Discord mods rarely ban anyone. They are pretty lenient when it comes to the tons of people that repeated break the rules and discuss forbidden topics...
I think you are confused with the couple of GAME servers that ban whenever they want for no reason... that happens a lot.
Jifro On servers you're able to report people through im assuming a !report command in chat. This goes directly through the server which they can hand out the appropriate ban.
I think the reason why Steam Decks could be banned is because they don't have some anticheat runtime, like Valve provides for EAC and Battleye. That's my guess as to why.
It's unfortunately been an issue for years - I've tried everything as well, including old method from years ago on this forum. For now there is no fix to issue, they even managed to get partial integration into Steam so the devs almost certainly know - hopefully one day someone finds a patch.
Elafunkyz In August it's summer, it would make sense for there to be many more players. Still sometimes b02 manages to get to 1k players so probably the time you actually get one
I think it should be able to run normally, I have a fully amd PC (Amd Ryzen with Amd Radeon GPU) and it runs completely fine max settings. BO2 max settings peaked 700 fps which was insane for me who was a previous laptop owner.
Edit: Besides any old laptop can run these games medium settings. I had this old Lenovo laptop about 5 years of use and it ran bo2 80 fps medium settings. (from what I remember I dropped that laptop as soon as I got my PC XD)
