You should be able to change the theme at the top (the sun/moon icon on a toggle).

It is either because your connection isn't good enough to join the following server, or there is just generally something wrong with the server itself. Maybe it's good if you try to restart your computer, the plutonium client, or your Internet router. If that doesn't work, I honestly don't even know bro.
