@xTwan One way you definitely won't get help is by spamming the forum with topics asking the same question. Replace your launcher with this one and try again http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. If it still doesn't work post the filepath to your launcher and post your windows username.

If u using millstreams like assault and it say 25 millstream you better call that nuke you don't have it in order for you to get the nuke you have to use spectilist

@Darth Open task manager and make sure the boostrapper is not running in the background, if it is end the process. Or just restart your pc.
