Zed09 you have to do console command /unlockall to be max level and have everything, do not use the menu. you can open console by pressing the button near 1 on the left of the keyboard. it is the \ | key .

Heres how to install them
Extract the zip file then put the .iwi files in this location

at the bottom left corner of your screen right click your windows icon and select Run then type : %localappdata%

then go to plutonium folder then storage then t5 then make a folder named (images) and paste them here then done😁
