@deathcurz0 i figured out how to fix the problem for me all i did was turn of sync frames and turned down my frame limit to 30 and after that my game went to normal and after it went to normal i was able to turn on the fps to normal

@Orbital55581 this is probably related to mod support being broken on dedicated servers, the server may not reset fs_game on the client correctly. this is a known issue.
