@ReK1 if you're using your Steam files and you didn't install the DLC then obviously the game cannot load DLC files https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#installing-t6-dlc

@AndyVonCrack6666 the forum language is english. You should be able to change the button layout in the game options, if you want the game in another language you have to buy it on steam, we only provide english files.
