Interesting.
It can be that you got special characters in your PC name (such as š, ć, đ, č, ž, and adequate characters in other languages (in your case, it's French)) or that your Windows lacks updates.
If you're missing DLL's, download redist https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe and DirectX https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/35. -
