Can't reset my password

Hello,

I created this account because I couldn't find any answers on other topics.

So, I'm currently trying to reset my password on another account but whenever I try to do it, I don't receive the mail which is suppose to help me reset my password.

I even checked by spam box but no mails to be found. Is it still possible for me to reset my password on the other account or I need to create another ? Thanks in advance.
