Missing critical plutonium files

one of my friends just installed the game but gets the error "missing critical plutonium files"whenever he tries to launch plutonium.exe

Tell him to delete both the launchers, the original one and .new one and redownload it from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe. After done, run it as admin. If that still doesn't fix it try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium and running the launcher again.
