how do you change the key to access the console?

It may seem silly but I'm wanting to change the key that you use to access the console can anyone help me?

xaul1n Go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\players and open the bindings_mp.bdg for MP(its just a text file) or bindings_zm.bdg for ZM and search for the word "toggleconsole". You can either change the default binding or add your own to this file. If you do add your own bindings make sure you add them before the "unbindallaxis" line. Bind format is bind <key> <command>.

Do you need to set "bindings_mp.bdg" file to "Read Only" mode because I tried doing this method and It didn't work and I really need to get rid of the pasting binds in console method because It's really annoying and It's over 8 binds. So I really need a method asap.
I'm talking about BO1 (T5) and BO2 (T6) because both of these games I have trouble changing the binds in them and BO1 is extremely annoying when binding in console because everytime the game ends or you leave the server, you have to add the binds over and over again I hope I can get a solution for this since its really bugging me lately.
