[MP] Cold War "DM Ultra" Custom Camo!

Finally the long awaited and requested DM Ultra camo from Black Ops Cold War is here!
Credits to Micro for the base color files using "Haptic".
This camo will replace the Cyborg camo in-game.
Once again make sure to give me any feedback to fix the camo if it doesn't look good!
