Why did they ban me?

I don't know what just happened. I closed the game to be able to play with a friend in multiplayer, which in fact I get an error that says I can not enter private games with him. And when I open plutonium I get the beautiful error that I have been banned for 7 days, I don't see a valid reason for my ban.!
