murillogaspar O jogo é apenas multiplayer, isso se dá por que é um client alternativo que está dando suporte de hosting ao game, então isso só consegue se aplicar ao multiplayer, caso queira jogar o campanha, compre-o em promoção na steam.

Plutonium ele suporta apenas multiplayer e zombies. Mas você pode baixar o jogo completo (na versão FitGirlRepack ou Skidrow, pode haver outros)
