Low FPS

Hello! I upgraded my GPU to RX 6600 and i'm getting low fps(90-120), but on my previous GPU - 1060, i'm getting 250-300+ FPS, i tried everything in Low FPS document and nothing changed, FPS is still bad, but on Windowed or Windowed Borderless i'm getting 240-250 FPS. What i need to fix that problem?
In-Game GPU Usage is 10-15%
In-Game CPU Usage is 30-40% -

WolflexZ Drivers are latest available(22.11.2), fresh install

you cant fix anything since the AMD drivers for DX9 games are completely garbage. You can lock your core with MPT / Afterburner but thats about it. Otherwise you have to use zfar if available

Tqhr I know, but 1 guy has RX 6600 too and he doesn't have this problem, other games on DX9 works perfect or just good, MW2 works perfect but MW3 very laggy with mouse lags
VanillaPWNZ i have an AMD card myself and i dont have any weird lag or stuttering. Its just the performance on dx9 games is sub par. And i would like to see someone with only a 6600 have perfect 333 fps on all maps without zfar. Because that doesnt exists, the drivers are the bottleneck here.

Tqhr What driver is the best for modern games with DX11-DX12 and old games that using DX9?
P.S. I fixed that problem, Vulkan Wrapper helped me to fix thisVanillaPWNZ no driver is good for old games because AMD doesnt care about dx9 games. Its a known issue. Also i dont know how the staff feels about u using other dlls on pluto. Ive been told in the past that its considered cheating and that they dont support it when i asked about it
