pluto wont open on start but does after restarting pc

hi! just wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if anyone has a possible fix. so, when i first boot up my pc, i'll go to click plutos launcher that i have pinned to my taskbar, it'll say its loading and then it just closes. I've tried redownloading it but that didn't seem to work. for whatever reason, simply restarting my pc fixes it but, it's just a tad annoying having to turn on my pc just to restart it right away to play bo1/bo2. if anyone has a possible solution i'd appreciate it. thank you! merry Christmas!!
