Cant Download the Launcher

I can not start the Launcher after Downloading it. I didnt had Plutonium on my PC either so idk the issue... Can you Guys help me? I dont have a Plutonium.exe or new or whatever... I have tried VPN and everything but it doesnt work either. @plutonium.pw @nix.plutonium.pw

Can you pingplutonium.pw(most likely you can) andnix.plutonium.pw? -

Resxt this doesn’t work as he the launcher isn’t fully installed and won’t launch means some files aren’t there
