Is http://piry.plutonium.pw/ available in your webbrowser?
Might be your firewall or antivirus software blocking the connection, try turning those off.
Also piry will download the game into the folder it's in, just noticed your folder is named "bo2 and mw3" so you prolly dont wanna install it into that folder. -
