Is http://piry.plutonium.pw/ available in your webbrowser?
Might be your firewall or antivirus software blocking the connection, try turning those off.
Also piry will download the game into the folder it's in, just noticed your folder is named "bo2 and mw3" so you prolly dont wanna install it into that folder. -
i have tried turning off both antivirus softare and the firewall and tried a different browser and i purposefully downloaded it into that folder what should i try now?

DECoZ97 Fitgirl's repack does not include the pluto client but the torrent above does. Besides we do not support 3rd party repacks.
