GSC tool error help

Unsure what the error "create_directories: unknown error: "compiled/C:/Users/User/AppData/Local/Plutonium/storage/iw5/scripts"" means? I'm using a simple gsc that compiled and worked for t6, but when I compile for iw5 I get this error.

Only T6 requires scripts to be compiled.
IW5 can read source .gsc files. Don't compile them -
