redist problem

Hello, I have upgraded my pc to windows 10 and I wanted to download plutonium, I have DLL problems and so I did some research and was told I should download Redist from GitHub, I did but once I start it it always fails tells me I have (7za.exe, directX.exe, DirectXA.exe, dotNET.exe and msxmlenu.msi) missing, now I'm sure I have directX12 and dotNET so idk the problem so please help.
