How to kick bots when players joined the game

Yo im using Bot Warfare, but when i try to joined my own server i cant cause tell me server is full but i want that bot are automaticlly kicked when player joined the server

Don't put 18 bots on your server
Configure the
bots_manage_filldvar to "16" for example and configurebots_manage_fill_kickto "1"
