I have tried disabling windows defender and running it as admin and still nothing
if it's possible to run Plutonium with preinstalled version ?

I used Plutonium before almost a year ago, and it was working Good

No clue what you're trying to say. You should probably delete the old install you have %localappdata%\Plutonium and get a fresh copy https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#plutonium-launcher
