Hello, I having touble opening the torrent6 file. I installed the qbittorent windows64 and it showed that installation was complete. But whenever I click play an error message shows up that says: "Code execution cannot proceed because XINPUT1_3.dil was not found."
"It also says D3DCOMPILER_43.dil was not found."
It says reinstalling the program may help, but I've done that and it hasn't work. Maybe I haven't uninstalled it completely because I notice that it downloads really quickly. But after deleting plutonium.exe I don't see anything else I should delete.

Its still not working. It did say it was updating, but the same error messages show. XINPUT1_3.dill and D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found.

Malabuster ok thats unrelated to those missing dlls (they belong to directx and vs runtimes, nothing to do with pluto itself) but you can try running the launcher as admin (right click -> run as administrator) and try excluding it from scanning in your av: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/

So, I think it worked. BO2 opened and I can hear the main menu music, but I'm not sure if i need to keep waiting or something is wrong because whenever I try to open the BO2 window, its just all black and it closes immediately.

Malabuster 2 things you can try:

                        1. bring up the bootstrapper cmd window that opened along with the game and type this into the console:
                        r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart

                        then hit enter.

                        1. if you have any directx overlays (msi afterburner, rivatuner, ..) disable them
