Banned from the Quest TDM Server

Just got banned from the server for wallhacking for no reason (and I'm assuming no evidence to support server claims) and have no information on how to contact any server mods or a website (mentioned in screenshot) or anything for an appeal. Never once downloaded cheats for any game, my second day playing on kbm, and I didn't even have that crazy good of a game (2.7kd I think, can't find theatre mode scoreboard for proof sorry). I would like to appeal speaking as I never cheated, thanks.
