Black Ops 3 Damage System For Black Ops 2?

Is it possible to make a three hit down system for Black Ops 2 and modify Jug so that it works like in Black Ops 3?
I am kind of tired of being downed by windmilling zombies sprinting at me after round 20 -
Yes it’s possible, I believe there are mods that add this.
