Whenever I change my profile picture walter white reappears

Whenever I change my profile picture and hit save. It just goes back to a walter white image. Please help

It's just your browser's cache not being cleared, your picture was updated.
You can hit CTRL + F5 to clear your browser cache, you will then see the picture -
