You posted a very vague message in WAW support asking for help for BO2 and showing a picture of MW3
It's impossible to help you. Can you please be clear on what the issue is and what game you actually try to start and what tab you're in in the launcher when you click play?

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter

It didn't help, I crash out of the game after some time being on the server, after like 30-60 mins

@Rain1998 one of your scripts or your antivirus crashes the game most likely. What's your antivirus?

I dont use antivirus except the microsoft one.
I get this error when my game collapses without being able to expand it back and enter the commands r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart in the bootstrapper command prompt
