All players have same ip address And when someone leaves it kicks all players

Hi there i need help in setting up my server i tried every thing to see what's the issue and found out that all players have same ip but different port. I dont even use a proxy client or something to force the client to make all players connect to my public ip address i dont know if its from lunching game and server in the same time so i can play and host at the same time. i need help i kept asking in discord server but got ignored.
