"Sending Heartbeat" with no luck whatsoever.

I've tried for nearly two days now and with no progress. Everything is set up just as it should be, but once I set up the server I only get sending heartbeat. I've port forwarded, allowed through firewall, I've port triggered, and I've tried several ports. Would anyone be able to help? Thank you.

Sending hearbeat is completely normal. It would be concerning if it didn't say that.
So are you unable to connect to your server or what is the actual issue here?

I think what he means by "Sending Heartbeat" is that it keeps saying that over and over and never starting up the server or anything its just
