My game doesnt open after pressing play

I have redownloaded everything multiple times, i even bought the steam version of black ops 2 on my pc. but nothing fixes it. Every time i press play on the launcher, it closes the launcher with no sign of the game opening. I have installed the redists and followed all guidance i can find but nothing is working. Please someone help

Sh0rtcuts_ which antivirus software are you using? have you excluded %localappdata%/Plutonium from scanning?

Dss0 its gotta be a problem with the launcher because i got the steam version of bo2, and it still didnt work. Also wouldnt work with bo1

AVG and yeah i have
Sh0rtcuts_ that's very likely AVG, it's the kind of not so good AV that tends to mess with software

when i open the launcher as admin, then press start, it does open the console, but only for like 5 seconds then it closes again

Sh0rtcuts_ then you might need to dig more into the app like look in blocked & allowed apps, look in add advanced exception, look for any other "shield" or protection like anti rootkit whatever or best solution just uninstall it, AVG isn't really good anyways and Windows Defender is far better

Resxt it didnt work before i had AVG either. i dont really know what im doing tbh this is all confusing
