How to change the plutonium launcher installation directory?

I would like to know if it was possible to install the plutonium launcher as well as the custom maps of WAW in a hard disk or a virtual disk if it is possible can you tell me the solution

There's no built-in way to do that but you can install the games anywhere you want.
As for the Plutonium client and the mods you can follow this tutorial
