Having difficulty changing arm skins, need help pls

Hi, Im trying to use the player arm models for this mod but i cant get them to work by pasting the file in the t5 images folder. Am i doing something wrong, is there another way to get this to work?

Synoticc yeah, it is currently named viewarm_zom_farmergirl_c.iwi but i also tried

LtFatWeedington That's the game folder for black ops 1 plutonium, You should already have it.
